Terms and conditions

Payment :
An order will be complete when full payment is received. We offer two alternate payment methods: PayPal or C.O.D .
Upon reception, your order will be prepared and shipped during the next 2 business days.
We will contact you for any backordered items and you will be reimbursed their full amount.

Cancellations :
Any cancellation requested before order shipment will be fully reimbursed, except for special orders which are non-reimbursable. To cancel an order, please contact us through the following coordinates:

Returns :
An item may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if it is unused and in the original packaging. The item will be reimbursed minus a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping :
The preferred shipping method will be via Canada Post unless you request otherwise. In case of larger or heavier items, we will contact you to determine the most effective method, including your own carrier should you prefer that option.
Shipping insurance is available on request for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.
Customer is responsible for shipping, customs and brokerage fees if applicable.
FABinMOTION cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred during shipping.

Guarantee :

working time and travel are not included in the guarantee
one year (365 days) electrical parts, ( if it install by Fabinmotion Tech, ) except (spindle and vacuum pump from 30 to 180 days)
