Opening hours from 09:00 to 11:45 AM and 1:15 to 4:45 PM Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

• Return call by a technician within 3 to 4 hours
• For any problem related to the operation of the CNC machine
• Ticket has a max. duration of 60 minutes / 1 hour
• Ticket does not include training training on machine or software  for beginners
• Ticket does not include a trip on site
• Ticket does not include any guarantee of a solved problem
