This privacy policy explains the way in which FABinMOTION (“Us” or “FAB”) collects, manages and uses personal information volunteered by individuals and clients who use our services such as visitors and users of our websites, email and social networks operated or managed by FAB (referred to hereiunder as the “website”), visitors, users and clients of our services (referred hereinunder as “you”).
Processing and treatment of personal data and information by organisations is regulated and as such we must obtain your consent before performing certain operations. By agreeing to the present policy while volunteering personal information, you consent to FAB the right to collect, use, communicate, conserve and destroy said information as set forth by thos policy.

Should you wish to interact with us through these platforms, you are required to read and agree to their specific policies.

Our website may contain links to external third-party websites provided for convenience. When you clic on these links, you leave our website. FAB has no control over third-party external websites and furthermore has no control over their privacy practices. 3 – Storage of personal information:
FAB will keep all collected personal data as long as deemed necessary to conduct its activities and to reasonably fulfill determined purposes such as customer service and legal or commercial requirements .
The duration of the storage depends on the products or service and the nature of such data. Upon exoiration of the conservation period, data will be either deleted, destroyed or de-personalized. We cannot however commit to any specified period of time except where required by law.
Depending on the type of data, it can be stored either on FABs servers, offices, or at the facilities of designated services suppliers or subcontractors.
In certain cases, FAB could do business with subcontractors outside Québec. FAB will take reasonable measures to ensure said contractors will process personal data held by FAB according to the present policy and applicable laws.
When allowed by law, you may at any time terminate your consent to the collection processing and storage of your personal data. In this case, FAB could be limited in the extent of products or services it can offer you. In some cases, FAB could even be forced by law to not offer certain services. FAB personnel and other users:
Personal data collected by FAB will be accessible to it’s management and selected employees for the sole purpose of performing the tasks set forth by this policy. Any personnel with access to personal data within the FAB organisation agrees to use such data solely in accordance with this policy.
Furthermore, some data may on occasion be shared with third parties acting as subcontractors or suppliers to FAB, In this case, these parties will agree to preserve the confidentiality and security of such data and to use it solely for the purposes set forth by this policy and within the context of their contractual obligations towards us..
Restructuring
In the event where a company operated by FAB is sold or restructured, we may share your personal data with parties concerned with the transaction, before, after and even if the transaction never comes to fruit. In such an occurrence, we will demand a firm commitment from such parties towards the preservation, safekeeping and use of the data, exclusively within the context of the transaction and according to the dispositions set forth by this policy.

FAB may communicate such data if ot is deemed necessary to protect it’s rights, posessions and security of itself, it’s personnel and other parties, to comply with legal audits and to ensure clients’ compliance with their obligations towards FAB.

We will honor if possible any such request within 30 business days following it’s reception. We will provide reasonable access to your data according to applicable laws and regulations. Certain fees may be applicable. We will confirm the identity of anyone making such a request. Data collected for this specific case will not be stored or used for other purposes. FAB will deploy reasonable efforts to ensure the data it holds about you is accurate and up-to-date. It is however your responsibility to ensure currency and accuracy of the data you submit to us.
7. Unwanted messages and spam:
FAB respects current laws and regulations relative to unsollicited communications (spam). If you no longer wish to receive electronic communications from us, or if you feel you have received inapropriate or unsollicited communications from us, please follow the unsubscription mechanism included at the bottom of ous messages. We still retain the ability to communicate with you to fulfill your orders and requests, according to current regulations and law.

This policy can be modified to better reflect the industry’s and FAB’s evolving best practices in the processing of personal data. 9. Applicable laws and regulations:
The processing of personal data and information is regulated by applicable laws in different jurisdictions. This policy concerning the confidentiality of personal information and all related operations shall be governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada and shall be interpreted according to these laws given that FAB does business in Canada.
