Emergency call on weekends and holidays from 09:00 to 11:45 AM and 1:00 to 4:00 PM

(includes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

• Return call by a technician within 30 to 90 minutes
• For any problem related to the operation of the CNC machine
• Ticket has a max. duration of 60 minutes
• Ticket does not include training on machine or software  for beginners
• Ticket does not include a trip on site
• Ticket does not include any guarantee of a solved problem
