1. Service Call or Installation at Customer Request

This clause applies to any intervention, advice, training, or parts supply related to the [CNC Machine Name] equipment (hereinafter “the Machine”).

2. Exclusion of Performance and Production Guarantee
Performance: The provider/supplier does not guarantee any specific level of performance, production speed, or finish quality. Actual performance is highly dependent on operator skill, environmental conditions, and maintenance.
Machining Results: Final dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Limitation of Liability for Mechanical and Electrical Failures
Breakdowns: The supplier is not liable for mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, or hydraulic failures resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, overloading, or unauthorized modifications.

Programming: Programming errors (G-code), parameter setting errors (speed, feed), or design errors (CAD/CAM) that result in damage to the machine or its parts are the sole responsibility of the user.

4. Maintenance and Safety
User Responsibility: The user is responsible for establishing and adhering to a rigorous preventive maintenance plan (lubrication, calibration, electrical verification) to ensure the safety and longevity of the equipment.

Compliance: The user is responsible for ensuring the installation complies with applicable safety standards (e.g., Machinery Safety – CNESST).

5. Acceptance of Risks
The use of CNC machines involves inherent risks (crushing, cutting, projection). The user acknowledges these risks and agrees not to hold the supplier liable for any production stoppage or personal injury/property damage resulting from a failure not attributable to a proven manufacturing defect.
